ICT Policys

  • Staff are responsible for notifying IT about any damage that is inflicted on the device as soon as this happens.
  • Staff must not swap or dispose of any IT equipment without notifying their TL and the IT team
  • Devices connected to Wi-Fi are not to be brought into Classrooms
  • Staff are only to use their own user account when logging into a device, Staff account is only to be used at Hotdesks or by Casual Employees
  • Staff are responsible for backing up all data on their laptop at all times, we can not guarantee that we can restore your data if something goes wrong with your device.
  • Devices are to be kept in good condition for return/repurpose
  • If you are leaving on leave longer than 3 months or resigning you must return your IT device to HR before your final day at Parkville
